Previously known as FHLDS, from 1^st July 2022 the scheme is knows as Home Guarantee scheme, the scheme assist eligible first home buyers to buy their first home sooner. There are two types of Home Guarantee Scheme

1. First Home Guarantee (FHBG) – from 1 July 2022, 35000 places are available each financial year to eligible first home buyers
2. Family Home Guarantee (FHG) – From 1 July 2022 to 30 June 2025, 5000 places are available each financial year to eligible single parents with at least one dependent
